January 2019, Langley, British Columbia – After an extensive and comprehensive search, the appointment of Kevin Locke to the position of Director of Procurement at Langley’s Corporate Operations office was effective November 15th, 2018.
Kevin is a senior team leader with over 15 years of management and corporate experience. He has spent the previous eight years at CHC Helicopter, a world leader in helicopter transportation, working in its corporate head office and leading its global tax function in over
30 countries. Kevin was a member of the board of directors for a
subsidiary of CHC Helicopter and led several corporate initiatives at
CHC Helicopter including acquisitions and restructurings, helicopter
financings, and supply chain improvements. He was also the lead
negotiator for all of CHC Helicopter’s international tax audits. Prior to joining CHC Helicopter, Kevin started
his career at Deloitte as an economic analyst and then continued to KPMG as a manager.
Kevin will be working with all corporate buying positions including customs and freight, vendor management, steel purchasing, as well as corporate marketing. He will be working closely with the Director of Sales Branch Operations and the ECCO Supply™ team as well, to strengthen the relations ECCO™ has with all their vendor partners.
